I have been a life long resident of Knox County. I graduated from Mount Vernon High School and am a graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Forestry. After college, I operated the family farm until 1999. During my farming career I was active in the Knox County Farm Bureau, Knox County Dairy Service Unit, and on the board of directors of our local co-op. In 1999, I obtained my real estate and auctioneers license. I have conducted numerous auctions throughout central Ohio and have assisted with many others. I have had the pleasure of being associated with 2 of the finest auctioneers here in Central Ohio in Kenny Love and Danny Westlake, both of whom have over 65 years of auctioneering between them. I have been associated with Coldwell Banker Quest since 1999 and have enjoyed my relationship with the company. I enjoy the outdoors and doing carpetry work. In 1998, I dismantled a 1840's log cabin in Coshocton County and moved it to its present site on our farm. We moved in, in 1999 and is an on going project. I live there with my wife Pam and daughter Lauren. I have 2 sons that are both married. I look forward to working with you to meet your real estate needs.
Sincerely,
John Sperry
